GUSCO Energy has a large portfolio of traditional financing partners through Ebee Management. Whether your needs are straight forward, or you have a unique situation, we can provide you with a financing product that supports your needs.

 

PACE Financing

GUSCO Energy also provides PACE Energy financing. PACE (Property Accessed Clean Energy) financing provides longer financing terms to help with longer energy payback projects for construction retrofit projects. Where PACE differs from traditional financing models is that the loan amount is applied to your property taxes. PACE is an excellent option for LED, solar, HVAC and building envelope projects. PACE financing is available for both commercial and industrial customers for renewable energy installations, energy efficiency upgrades and water conservation measures.

 

Municipal Financing Option

 

TELP of Tax-Exempt Lease Purchase

Traditionally, the longest term you could get for TELP financing would be between 5 or 6 years. That is no longer the case. GUSCO Energy and Ebee Management have long term TELP financing for up to 20 years. Our interest rates range from 2.75 to 3.75%. TELP financing is not considered Constitutional Debt and does not count against the municipality‚Äôs or school system’s debt limits or bond rating. Typically, TELP financing does not require voter approval and financing limits vary from state to state.
